I. HCD Research -  A Human-Centered Design approach ensures that solutions to perceived problems and needs are not imposed on the communities of users. There is some initial information needed from you, that will likely be pulled from a few frank discussions. Phase I actions may include data mining, segmentation, in-depth user interviews, and industry/user maps.

III. Analysis - This phase is messy, usually full of post-its, wild rants, standard business model analysis, sometimes, experiments, machine learning, private investigators, etc.

IV. Define Scope - During this time we will culminate the analysis, define the problem space, and stage a plan around a specific opportunity.

VI. Prototyping - This is about iteration, testing, and data collection. Technologies and processes are selected with respect to emerging design problems.

II. Report + Resources - This phase ends with a presentation and an exchange. The report is a preliminary compilation of HCD Research and white paper resources. In return we will expect access to select information understood as being in your possession. At this point, in the hands of an insulated party, it will not pollute the process.

V. Design Brief - This is the principle delivery of HCD Research assets and the defined scope. It's now that you will understand your design problem.

VIII. Render Detail - This phase begins with a presentation and is the last chance to give succinct input before the lifecycle of your solution is fully rendered.

IX. Execution - This phase shows the implementation, but may require new contractual relationships
